Note: We have now advanced our through-put equipment plans considerably. We are now beyond the ability of these very respectable KPD series. We are not removing the KPD or Precision from our business plan education materials because we still view Precision as a very solid stepping stone to get to our ultimate answer. We know from experience that the only improvement available… is factional Column Distillation. The Precision system uses wiped film short path distillation and that, while it is the rest of the industry’s standard… to date, it is substantially inferior to Factional Column distillation.

The KPD series of extractor designs are sized from 500 to 50,000 pounds of input biomass processing per day. Our team has made great efforts to make the complexed process of industrial extraction simple, with biomass in one end and finished product out the other end. With full PLC automation, the KPD series of extractors are extremely easy to operate and can be custom configured to make a variety of products. Additional backend processing on the KPD series adds versatility and the ability to make isolate and distillate products. Whatever your processing range and desired end product, Precision offers a solution. We discovered this solution… only because of having the luxury of benefiting from the Suma LLC experience of having to contend with the same mistakes of 95% of companies that have and are continuing to suffer the errors of the extraction processing industry. No one has actually known what they are doing. We know, because we hired literally everybody to toll process for us… and a grand total of zero operators… could perform.

We have two very competent people who will oversee and improve our technical operations … from start to finish… our simple USP is to take this knowledge from Precision and also use their operating agreement for year one. Which means this thing is going to make salable product on day one when Hemp bio-mass is introduced to the throughput.

 

Thompson’s technical assistance team shows up upon delivery… which stands at 16 weeks out from financials… and bolts this all together and turns it on… with the term that we have biomass on hand and ready to process… which we do. We train our crew during supervised real time operation from integrated Master Operators who are embedded with us to interface with T. Global oversight.
